Why: to reduce the foot print of the most sold hotel meal of the day

How: by bringing together hotel suppliers (both small & large) to share knowledge, insights, inspiration and updates

What:

A 3,5 hour event consisting of max 2 hours of inspiration/knowledge sharing and 1 – 1,5 hours of Food & Drink market/fair/tasting

Attended by 10+ key suppliers

Aimed at 30 – 40 F&B Managers/Directors, Kitchen/Breakfast Chefs and General Manager of hotels in the Amsterdam market

Open to both members and non-members of the Green Hotel Club
